We are learning about our 5 senses in Science. I brought lemon for the kids to taste and vinegar for them to smell! They loved this hands on activity.

- I am a First Grade teacher at Chets Creek Elementary School in Jacksonville, Florida. This is my third year at Chets Creek Elementary and my 6th year teaching! This is my first opportunity to "loop" my students from kindergarten last year to first grade this year. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a teaching certificate in Kindergarten-6th grade. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Ty and taking my dog Stanley to the dog park. I also visit Orlando quite frequently because two of my three sisters live there as well as my mom.
